OUR PROVIDER STATUS
Doctors Surgery Center of Kingman maintains provider contracts with Medicare, Joint Commission, and many insurance companies. We also offer self-pay patients attractive financial arrangements. We are able to accommodate any patient provided there is clear communication and an understanding of commitments.
You are encouraged to first speak with your insurance company to clarify what benefits you have. When we receive information from your physician, we verify your insurance status and secure an authorization for your specific procedure.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Your responsibility is three-fold.
- Review what your co-pay and deductible obligations are, either by studying your policy provisions, or talking directly with a representative of your insurance.
- Communicate with Patient Accounting prior to your procedure to determine what is required in terms of payment .
- You will receive a bill from Doctors Surgery Center of Kingman. You will also receive a bill from your surgeon, your anesthesiologist and a bill for any laboratory work your physician requires prior to surgery.
